Nature of Services
PolymerR provides technical advisory and consulting services in the fields of material development, sustainability assessment, and innovation support.
All services are project-specific and subject to separate written agreements, proposals, or quotations.

Scope of Services
The scope, timing, deliverables, and fees of each project shall be defined individually in written proposals or agreements.
Any modification, extension, or addition to the agreed scope shall require mutual written agreement and may result in revised costs and timelines.
Technical Recommendations and Validation
All technical recommendations, material options, development pathways, and strategic guidance are based on professional expertise of consultant, publicly available information, supplier documentation and project-specific assumptions
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no proprietary supplier information or experimental validation is included.
All recommendations must be independently verified through practical testing under relevant processing and end-use conditions.
Final industrial qualification, regulatory compliance, and product validation remain the responsibility of the client.
Client Responsibilities
The client shall provide all necessary technical information, specifications, and project-related input required for execution of the agreed work.
Where third-party testing, pilot trials, or development-center activities are involved, procurement of materials and placement of external orders shall remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
All confidential information exchanged during project discussions or execution shall be treated confidentially and used solely for purposes related to the agreed work.
Intellectual Property and Background Know-How
Upon full payment of agreed fees, project-specific deliverables produced for the client shall become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PolymerR retains ownership of all pre-existing know-how, methodologies, frameworks, workflows, expertise, technical approaches, and background materials used during execution of the work.
Such background know-how is not transferred to the client as part of any engagement.
PolymerR remains free to apply its general expertise and methodologies in future projects, provided no confidential or client-specific information is disclosed.
Limitation of Liability
PolymerR provides technical advisory and consulting services based on professional expertise, available information, project-specific assumptions, and client-provided data.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, PolymerR does not guarantee:
- commercial success,
- industrial implementation success,
- regulatory approval,
- certification outcomes,
- or achievement of specific business results.
All technical recommendations and development strategies require validation by the client under relevant processing, manufacturing, regulatory, and end-use conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PolymerR shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, production interruptions, or commercial losses arising from the use of consulting deliverables or recommendations.
Any liability directly arising from a consulting engagement shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project phase giving rise to the claim.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising in connection with consulting services or website use shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
